This overview accompanies our privacy policy. Collection depends on which features you use, what you enter, device permissions, and the app version.
Data and purposes
Health and fitness
Workouts, food/water logs, body measurements, activity metrics and goals.
Purpose: Tracking and displaying your fitness and nutrition progress.
Photos and other user content
Avatar, progress photos, posts and comments you choose to upload.
Purpose: Profile, progress tracking and community sharing.
Messages
Chat messages and support correspondence.
Purpose: Member communication and responding to requests.
Device identifiers and diagnostics
Notification tokens, app/device information, errors, performance traces and network context.
Purpose: Notifications, security and service reliability.
App activity
Interactions and diagnostic events that may be processed by mobile analytics components.
Purpose: Usage measurement and troubleshooting, depending on the app release.
Required and optional information
An email and account identifier are needed for an account. Fitness entries, photos, community sharing and newsletter registration are supplied when you use those features. Device permission choices control camera access, selected photos and notifications. Some diagnostics may be collected automatically by the app; the website cookie controls apply only to this website.
Who processes it
AWS provides hosting, accounts and storage. Stream processes chat. Firebase and Expo support notifications, and Sentry processes diagnostics. Mobile Firebase analytics and diagnostics settings vary with the release. Information you publish is also shared with its chosen audience. Our privacy policy describes these flows in more detail.
Protection and deletion
The hosted service uses encrypted HTTPS connections. You can request deletion of your account or specific data without signing in. Complete erasure currently requires manual review; the deletion page explains response timing and retention. This overview is not a certification of app-store approval.
